IKFW by Craftworld Events is a ongoing fashion event that has been going since 7 years. Due to the pandemic, Lockdown and social distancing norms disrupted the ongoing live events, which also includes one of their IP, as Indian kids Fashion week (IKFW). To continue the momentum, they decided to conduct a digital fashion week for kids.

However the practical problem was, how to conduct and addressing following challenges :

  • Organizing a digital event for 10000+ kids
  • Keeping the experience same
  • Managing people from various geographies
  • Managing and maintaining calendars
  • Unknown devices at use
  • A look alike experience of conventional shows
  • Cognilements Analysis: Our understanding of the problem was to connect various kinds of parents and their aspirations which are associated with IKFW. As of now there were no virtual fashion shows conducted for any genre and allowing participants to participate from their current locations instead of travelling to any audition grounds. We also understood that we need to manage various aspects like Time Management, Low interned bandwidth, Internet Skill sets of parents, Maintaining engagement levels, etc.

    How have we done that:

    Cognilements ImmersiVin is an extended reality video conferencing powered solution to conduct events and activations. With our capabilities to create enviroments using renders and engine to conduct experiences in 360, we have created a complete experience zone for kids to participate and enjoy from their internet enabled devices like laptops, mobiles,etc.

    The set up is done in a manner that the parents can login with their unique user ids and based on their schedule timing of roaster they are presented before the judges for evaluation. The kid has to perform as per the guidelines and needs to answer the qustions asked by judges.

    Post that they can enjoy the complete ambience and other functions like gallery, video zones, VR Games, etc. The participant is being awarded with a certificate and their performances are uploaded in the social media platforms.

    Output: A platfrom designed to conduct Virtually India's Kids Fashion Week

    Outcome: 10800+ participants participating the event

    Impact: More engagement with lesser cost to keep the IP alive.
